Loved Bourne, the hotel was stunningly beautiful right down to the canal. The room was quiet, updated, it had central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave. It was in a favourable and beautiful location just next door to Falmouth as well as the bike trail.

Room cleanliness needs urgent improvement!!! Unpleasant odors linger in some accommodations, and special requests seem to get lost in the shuffle. Noise levels from other guests disrupt any chance of relaxation!!!

Location: the hotel was right by the bridge and Buzzards Bay attractions and the canal and bike trail. Booked a room with water view.

We loved how cute the staff were, especially when Jacklynn noticed my birthday. The extra plugs in the room were super handy, great to charge devices easily. We really enjoyed the scenic view of the canal, and the bridge activity added a unique charm to our stay.

The indoor pool offers a nice escape, especially for those traveling with families. The self-serve beer tap is a unique touch that stands out during downtime.

Upon entering Room 208, I found leftover soap debris on the plate and a dirty sink. The toilet seat left much to be desired, and the shower revealed hair and pinkish mold on the wall. After switching to Room 207, I discovered leftover food in the fridge and trash in the can. Noise levels were also an issue. My neighbor's party went on until late. With a $500 price tag for my stay after a long drive, dissatisfaction grew.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and spacious, with comfortable pillows and extra plugs everywhere. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, especially the Danish pastries, and had a lovely time sitting by the fire pit in the evening. Parking was easy.

The room was cozy with a good view of the canal, and my daughter loved the indoor pool. We enjoyed quiet strolls by the water and catching up with friends in the lovely lobby area.

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast provided more kid-friendly options.

The room was spacious, which made it comfortable to unwind after a long day. I found the breakfast disappointing and opted to eat out after the first morning.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Bourne. Incredibly beautiful hotel, staff always attentive. Reasonably large and huge room with big size bathroom and down pillows. With a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator.

The hotel's location was great, right beside the canal, with a stunning view. the room was updated and had a nice water view. the staff was helpful and accommodating. the amenities like the microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and refrigerator worked well.
